What is Skin Care?
What is Skin Care? Skin Care refers to methods and techniques that are used to improve the health and quality of the skin. The goal of skin care is to provide freshness, health, and prevent premature aging of the skin and the development of acne and blemishes. Skin care includes skin cleansing, using a skin routine at home, proper nutrition, and so on. These services are performed both in the skin room or cabin of clinics and the client is taught how to take care of their skin with a proper skin routine at home.
These are basic and elementary skin care services that mostly refresh the skin and prevent future problems such as aging, etc. At a more advanced stage, it is necessary to use devices and products that treat some of the skin problems such as acne, blemishes, open pores, and so on. These more advanced services are called Skin Therapy instead of Skin Care. The word therapy means treatment and therapist means a therapist or a person who treats. Therefore, skin therapy is a more advanced stage of skin care. Skin care training is supported by the Vocational Technical Organization, and after participating in the course and passing the organization’s national exam, the trainee can receive a vocational technical certificate and enter the job market. Skin care is one of the most popular vocational technical fields.
